Unbelievable result when you put garlic in mouth for 30 min
Garlic produces a chemical called allicin. This is what seems to make garlic work for certain conditions.
Allicin also makes garlic smell. Some products are made “odorless” by aging the garlic, but this process can also make
the garlic less effective. Garlic is a wonderful seasoning to add aroma, taste, and added nutrition to your dishes.
Some people use raw chopped or pressed garlic in many dishes to take advantage of the benefits derived from garlic.
But, have you ever heard that some people use garlic as a “candy”. Yes, this is true. Chinese people put garlic in
their mouth, and they suck on for 30 minutes. They practice this ancient method early in the morning.
The results are unbelievable. The healthy nutrients from garlic enter your organism through your saliva and clean
your blood vessels. After 30 minutes, you need to spit the garlic. Wash your teeth, and if you still have that “bad”
smell, then chew 1 coffee bean or parsley leaves.
This, garlic “candy” remedy has many healthy benefits for your body, such as: cleanses your body, promotes kidney health,
cleans your skin, works as a immune system booster, works great against bronchitis, controls your appetite, etc.
It also works great against chronic cough and as a kidney stones removal. So, if you are experiencing any of the
problems mentioned above, then this is the right homemade remedy for you.
Garlic has been used as a medicine to prevent or treat a wide range of diseases and conditions.
The fresh clove or supplements made from the clove are used for medicine. Garlic is used for many conditions
related to the heart and blood system. These conditions include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary
heart disease, heart attack, and atherosclerosis. Some of these uses are supported by science. Garlic actually
may be effective in slowing the development of atherosclerosis and seems to be able to modestly reduce blood pressure.
Some people use garlic to prevent colon cancer, rectal cancer, stomach cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer,
and lung cancer. It is also used to treat prostate cancer and bladder cancer.

21 june International Yoga Day
International Yoga Day, or Yoga Day, is celebrated on June 21 and was declared so by United Nations General Assembly on December 11, 2014. Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice or discipline that originated in India. The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his UN Address suggested the date of June 21 as it is the longest day of the year (Summer Solstice) in the Northern Hemisphere and has special significance in many parts of the world.
From the perspective of yoga, the Summer Solstice marks the transition to Dakshinayana. The first full moon after Summer Solstice is known as Guru Poornima. Lord Shiva, the first yoga practitioner (Adi Yogi) is said to have begun imparting the knowledge of yoga to the rest of mankind on this day and became the first guru (Adi Guru). Dakshinayana is also considered a time when there is natural support for those pursuing spiritual practices.
The declaration of this day came after the call for the adoption of 21 June as International Day of Yoga by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his address to UN General Assembly on September 27, 2014
"Yoga is an invaluable gift of India's ancient tradition. This tradition is 5000 years old. It embodies unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfilment; harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well-being. It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and the nature. By changing our lifestyle and creating consciousness, it can help us deal with climate change. Let us work towards adopting an International Yoga Day."
—Narendra Modi, UN General Assembly
